Perth¡¦s magnificent Indian Ocean beaches are also only a few kilometres away. We need Nurses to work in an exciting new 18 bed ¡¥step-down¡¦ Mental Health Facility. You will be part of an innovative Rehabilitation Team, working within a medium/acute intensive Rehab setting.

Clinical Nurse (Mental Health) (3 positions)
Position Number: BL111072
Level/Salary: L2 ANF Nurses' EBA Salary: $58,389 ¡V $62,327 pa
The Clinical Nurse provides direct nursing care to clients within a mental health rehabilitation setting and accepts responsibility for the coordination of the nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
1. Eligible for registration in Division One (as per speciality) with the Nurses Board of WA.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and competency of advanced nursing skills in area of speciality with recent extensive acute experience.
3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills at an individual and team level.
4. Demonstrated ability to act as a clinical resource in the development and evaluation of others.
5. Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunities, Occupational Health and Safety principles and practices, and legislation that effects nursing practice.
6. Ability to maintain and apply research finding in nursing competencies/skills using the principles of evidence based practice.
7. Ability to apply research findings to the clinical practice area.
8. Knowledge of and demonstrated participation in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
