Job Summary:
· Provides comprehensive and collaborative nursing care for identified post-operative patients utilizing a multidisciplinary approach.
· Demonstrates sound critical thinking skills, effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting that relies on a team approach.
· Demonstrates developing leadership qualities.
· Meets yearly requirements of the clinical ladder.
Requirements
· Associate’s diploma in nursing with BSN is preferred.
· Current licensure as a RN in the State of Maryland is required.
· One year of experience
