My client, a leading Financial Institution is currently recruiting for an International Tax Consultant reporting to the International Tax Manager.
Key Duties
* Support of corporate development regarding international opportunities
* Management of consolidated tax attributes including foreign tax credits
* Review of international tax compliance.
* Provide tax advice to the Treasury Division and other business units .
* Design and execution of tax efficient structures for international investment and expansion
Ideally you will be a technical specialist and resource for a broad array of international activities including lending, leasing, investing, and other banking and broker/dealer transactions customary in a multinational financial services company.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
You must have excellent knowledge of the following:
- US international tax statutes
- Foreign tax credit provisions,
- Professional experience in the financial services arena
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business is strongly preferred. |
