Fund Manager – International Practice
For one of the most prestigious holdings in UAE, a remarkably distinguished Fund Manager is required.
Reporting directly to the CFO and with an objective of assts maximization using the best investment practice at the lowest risk rate, the incumbent is a fully responsible for handling the entire fund-raising exercise at international level. In line with strategic business plan set by the top management of the, the job holder will submit the best advice in regard to the required financing for any of the proposed investment as well as to the re-engineering exercise of the entire existing portfolio. Therefore, the job-holder should identify / receive investment opportunities, accordingly, needs to conduct feasibility study & fundamental analysis. In addition, he / she will conduct comparative, risk and ratio analysis in cooperation with external expertise required for such an important task; such as consultancies & advisory firms. On the other hand, and in order to complete the investment cycle; he /she will save no efforts in finding the best investment-tool that will secure the financing for the opportunity in hand. Therefore, another significant part of the job is to build a long-term business relationship with financial institutions, banks, investors and advisory houses world-wide with an objective of enhancing the efficiency & productivity of the fund raising exercise.
The ideal candidate is a smart dynamic investment professional who has an excellent track record in the relationship management at international level. He / she should demonstrate strong analytical skills, strong financial & economics back-ground, thorough understanding in investment packages as well as fund raising practice including functional specifications on international basis, related documentation & legislations as well as all type of technical support required for the job.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Possess related degree in finance
Has hands-on experience in investment international practise
Possess execellent connections / networking world-wide with key professionals within financial services institutions such as banks, investment entities & banks, etc..
Has hands on experience in fund-raising exercise / project financing and similar practises on international basis.
