Description:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in energy related field
• Strong budgeting, planning and reporting skills
• Oversee financial plans, policies, accounting practices and procedures.
• Represent the company in contract negotiations. And create transaction documents with out side legal and accounting firms
• Recruit, motivate and mentor members of the finance team to support corporate objectives world wide.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of compensation, bonus and commission plans.

We seek a professional who can provide leadership and as a key member of the company`s Executive Management Team, this executive will have a significant impact on the success of the company, and will have extensive interaction with other senior executives. |

Requirements
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Well versed in tax and able to structure asset based transaction with maximum subsidies
• MBA, masters in accounting or undergraduate business degree with similar work and industry experience. |
