Our client is searching for a Customer Services/Receptionist to be responsible for customer facing activities. The role will involve handling customer queries regarding services and accounts via telephone, e-mail and face to face, as well as receiving payments from customers. Some clerical / administration work will also be involved.
Applicants should have good communication skills, experience in handling customers. Good organisational skills and experience in MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel) are also required. Additionally, any experience with Accountancy and accountancy software would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
Salary is 12k – 14k depending on accountancy skills
