One of our client hospital facilities in Dubai, UAE owned and managed by DOHMS is currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated and licensed RN with Assistant Director of Nursing or management experience. This position offers the opportunity to enhance your nursing and leadership skills as well as the skills of our dedicated long-term associates.
Manages overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all patients’ needs.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
This position requires someone with at least five years RN nursing experience working in skilled nursing facilities. This individual demonstrates a strong personality yet uses good judgment in working with a variety of personalities. Other qualities include good clinical skills, and experience in evaluating and improving clinical outcomes. Must have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Supervisory experience a must. |
