Duties:
Engineering analysis of passive medical and military components
Root cause analysis
New product development with various dielectics, termination materials, and electrode materials in ceramics technology
General engineering projects as directed by the engineering manager
Inspection and installation of hi tech machinery for visual inspection
Interface with customer engineers and company sales engineers

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Understanding of passive and active component engineering
10 years experience developing new components in passive or active market place. Expertise in dielectics and termination materials.
Specification and documentation experience
Ability to work as a team and independently
Knowledge of fda and milspec quality approval and quality systems
Ability to thoroughly and quickly analyze engineering information and present conculsions to management
Familiar with passive component inspection technology and latest material handling machines
Willing to be hands on as well as provide theoritical and practical work
Bs/ms in ceramics, electronic engineering, chemical engineering and/ or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Experience with insulation resistate testing, electrical testing and other.
Expertise in statistical analysis in support of drawing conslusions
Experience with major medical companies a must.
Foreign language skills a plus.
Bonus points for understanding of machinery required to make capacitors
Lean manufacturing, toyota production systems, and six sigma training a plus.
Requirements
BS Degree and ten years engineering experience.
