This leading Organisation is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist.
The Organizational Development Specialist formulates HR/OD strategies; assists with the design, development and roll-out of organization development projects and programs and helps ensure the successful implementation of such projects and assignments. S/he drives HR and OD initiatives such as communication, staff engagement and organizational development.
S/he assists in the development and/or delivery of employee development and performance management training programs; schedules training events; coordinates facilitators; obtains instructional materials and ensures employees are kept abreast of training requirements.
Successful Candidate will hold:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of health care organizational experience in a learning and development role.
• Experience working in a start-up organization.
• Project planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
• Knowledge of models of health care organization structures, employee development and performance management system.
• Knowledge of on-line learning and development systems.
• Experience with JCAHO, JCI and other accreditation requirements for learning and development.
