Desktop Support - Team Lead
The Client
Our client, within the financial services area, has a permanent opportunity for an experienced Team Lead to work within their Desktop Support area.
Candidates should have at least 5 years technical support experience. Additionally, you should have 2-3 years team lead experience.
Role:
· Provide leadership and direction to Desktop Support team
· Responsible for team work schedule from a day to day perspective
· Team reviews and appraisals
· Ensure SLAs are met within support area and reporting stats of same to Managers
Experience Required:
· 5 years + technical support experience
· 2 years + team lead experience
Knowledge or experience of working within ITIL framework would be beneficial.
Role based in South, competitive salary and remuneration package.
