• TH Executives is a Sports/Entertainment Marketing and Advertising agency that specializes in customer acquisition and retention for a diverse portfolio of service-based clientele. We pride ourselves in giving our clients what they desire most-RESULTS!!! Our company focuses on increasing foot traffic in order to drastically improve incremental sales. We accomplish this without compromising the integrity of our clients’ reputation and with no front end or back end costs to them.
• We design, develop and market aggressive promotional ad campaigns in the form of print media by simply packaging together excess inventory that our clients may have and discounting them to the appropriate audience. This may be in the form of empty seats at a Cincinnati Red’s game, cabins on a cruise ship, hotel rooms or even tee times at high-end country clubs. We target the consumer using a unique, professional presentation in order to maximize the amount of business we generate for our clients.
Because we use print media that is marketed to a specific audience and the consumer must redeem the promotion to receive services, it becomes very traceable. Every successful candidate that is accepted starts at the same level because our philosophy emphasizes the importance of leading by example and having a complete understanding of the entire business model. We are seeking trainees in sales, promotional marketing, administration and management for our Columbus location. All candidates must be willing to cross train in all aspects of our business model starting at the basic marketing level. In addition, all candidates must possess three critical attributes: above average people skills, student mentality and intensity for success.
• We provide ongoing development and training for our staff at every level of the game. Promotions and incentives are based on work ethic and merit not seniority. A personal mentorship team is built around each new team member to provide a network of support through the entry-level training and career development. Job Description:
Management Trainee/Campaign Coordinator:
Challenging, hands-on program focusing on the areas of marketing research, development of marketing plans, public relations, campaign management, team management and strategic planning
Account Executive:
Exciting opportunity to supervise individuals and coordinating marketing and promotion activities on a day-to-day basis for local and national accounts
Marketing Representative:
Complex responsibility of providing sales support and assistance to local and national clients
