A motivated, client oriented, ambitious lawyer is required to act as a key player in the Corporate team of a major off-shore practice in the stunning British Virgin Islands.
The work will focus on corporate/M&A transactions but there will also be an element of offshore funds work involved. Deals will be highly sophisticated, of high value and will involve advising major, blue chip clients.
