For a leading PMC Company involved in the construction of a 5 star Hotel (300 rooms, 17 storeys, on a 80,000 sq m floor area) in the capital city of Mongolia, we are seeking:
1 Project Manager, and
1 Construction Manager
Both positions are initially based in the Philippines with frequent travel to Hong Kong where the engineering and design activities are developed and completed within December 2008.
In March 2009, both positions are assigned to follow the site construction activities in Mongolia.
The ideal candidate for PM shall:
1. be responsible for al aspects of project management, including, but not limited or restricted to organize and manage the project on a daily basis;
2. be in-charge of all engineering aspects including planning and documentation;
3. provide other assistance as required to ensure effective implementation of project
4. Direct coordination with client and consultants;
5. manage contractors and suppliers on site;

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements Minimum preselection requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- 10 years experience as Project Manager in buildings construction (Hotel preferably);
- Willing to work in Mongolia (estimated to run for 4 years);
- Excellent in writing and communication skills |
