Our client, a prestigious construction company in the region, is looking for a topnotch Area Manager - Construction
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Project Managers within area of responsibility to ensure that project is being done according to contract
• Provide reports for financial performance of projects to management
• Ensure that Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs are being enforce for projects as per company requirements
• Ensure Safety Programs are being enforced for projects as per company requirements
• Develop and refine control measures to ensure efficiency for all site activities
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time as per contract
• Participate in management review meetings
• Position will report to the Director of Operations.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Qualifications:
• Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with Master’s degree
• 12-18 years experience in the construction industry doing mega projects specifically high rise buildings in the capacity of Area Manager, Projects Manager or Sr. Project Manager
• Highly motivated and committed with managerial and organizational skills to handle and oversee the multiple million worth construction projects within their assigned area
