Job Title: Sales & Account Manager
Geographic Location: Downtown Toronto
Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
Position Status: 1-year Full-Time Contract (maternity leave)
A.K.A. New Media, a technology and communications company located in downtown Toronto, has an immediate requirement for a technically savvy Sales & Account Manager for its AKA Broker product.
Specific duties include:
• Cold-calling
• Lead generation
• Business development
• Project management
• Ongoing customer support and service
• Attendance at primary industry tradeshows
• Preparation of ongoing weekly sales activities and status reports to Executive Team
• Accounts receivable and collection
• General office administration duties
• Other duties as assigned.
Working in a fast-paced, highly-skilled team environment, you will be the champion of an important and evolving national product line. You will have full responsibility for new sales and lead generation while contributing to ongoing account management, project management, and communications. As well you will be responsible for providing general support to the company and other team members.
Assets:
• Understanding of insurance industry and brokers
• Bilingual (French/English)
