Essential Functions:
• Works closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager to execute on all levels of Field Marketing and Marcomms – including campaigns, events, channel marketing and PR.
• Works with Channel Managers, Sales Managers and Channel Partners to align with sales targets and goals
• Liaise with overseas Marketing Managers to ensure integration between campaigns and events and their marketing activities
• Planning and executing small-scale events (seminars, meetings, roundtables, etc) and large events (tradeshows and user conferences) with primary objective of generating awareness and qualified leads. Venue sourcing, logistics management, invitations, collateral, lead management and budget control.
• Execute highly targeted and individual lead generation campaigns to customers and Channel Partners utilising a mixture of direct mail, email, online, event management and telemarketing.
• Produce and maintain relevant sales support materials and provide case study identification and management.
• Brief and manage external agencies and suppliers and work with colleagues to plan a campaign calendar.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as webcasts and DM and provide analysis of event program effectiveness and ROI.
• Perform ongoing program of calendaring, forecasting, tracking, reporting and evaluation for marketing initiatives plus the financial impact of programs.
• Work with partners in developing joint marketing plans, presenting on product and solution offerings that pull together an integrated marketing plan with direct marketing initiatives.
• Promote new marketing campaigns through reseller partners, achieving buy-in to take these through the channel and ensure uptake.
• Manage marketing requests from partners and measure the success of marketing campaigns and lead tracking processes.
• Manage EMEA marketing reporting mechanisms.
• Qualify relevant events and integrate the events strategy into the corporate marketing plan.
• Assist with the creation and development of company presentations and marketing collateral.
• Work with the PR firm and Analysts to develop Marcomm initiatives
Background:
• Background in creating, developing and implementing lead generation campaigns with experience in tracking and analysing results.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse channels to budget and within tight deadlines.
• Proven success in IT marketing ideally gained within the software sector
• Background in planning and organising events.
• Strong project management skills plus high attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills with strong negotiating and influencing ability.
• Direct experience with all the elements of events programs from creative planning through to financial management.
• Broad based marketing background preferred i.E. Direct/online marketing, advertising, creative development etc.
• Experience of executing integrated direct marketing and direct response programs across a wide range of marketing deliverables.
