National Marketing Services has part-time merchandising/assembling opportunities available in National Retail Stores in
the Kelowna BC area. We are seeking motivated individuals to assemble RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) home and office furniture for display (desks, chairs, computer workstations, bookcases, etc), Must have own cordless and hand tools, be able to lift products and perform quality work. Timely and accurate reporting required.
NMS also seeks those who merchandise products, set POGs (Plan-O-Gram's), conduct resets. Timely and accurate reporting required. Must be able to lift moderate weight products and perform quality work.
Professional attitude, good communication skills and retail experience required. A current valid drivers license and reliable transportation are also required. Training is provided. A fuel allowance is available for those who qualify.

Furniture Assembly assignments include:
Build Displays; Assemble products for display (RTA Furniture); determine repairs/replacement parts needed; Inventory, etc. Must have RTA furniture-assembly experience, Computer w/Internet Access & Printing Capabilities, Self motivated, Current valid drivers license & reliable transportation, Good Driving Record, RTA furniture assembly experience, Hand & cordless tools (hammer/pliers/screwdrivers/cordless screwdriver), Some lifting of products may be required at times. Must be able to read directions, and fill out proper reports for assemblies.
