Network Development Manager - NOC
Leading telecommunications provider in Dublin have a permanent vacancy for a Network Operations Development Manager.
Experience required:
Proven experience in design and operation on medium and large scale networks (preferably service providers)
Experience on LLU access technologies and network infrastructure
Network Management Operations experience (inc. Alarm management, customer fault reporting and clearance, RFOs, escalations, 1st line network diagnostics, repair and restoration
Troubleshooting of complex networks problems
Hands-on Cisco/ Juniper networking equipment (Routers, Switches, DSLAMS, Remote Access Servers, PIX, Firewalls)
Scripting experience (Perl or Shell scripting)
Telecoms degree or similar
4+ years experience in telecom voice, data, IP and transport netorks
Prior experience in a Snr Management role within a network management operation
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, PPoE, RADIUS, SNMP, DHCP etc.
Ethernet, SDH and LLU knowledge
Stong working experience with UNIX and commom programming languages (PHP, Perl, Bash, C...) |
