Location: Perth, Australia
Project Description: The Senior Change Management/Organizational Effectiveness project demands a professional who can strategically assess the impact of multiple IT implementations, and business process changes on large employee groups. The consultant will then develop and deliver recommendations and plans to address the impacts on the workforce and identify the communications, training, and tools required to enable optimal roll-out/results. In turn the consultant will work with project management and cross-functional teams to deliver the solutions/requirements. Must be high energy, able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functionally intensive, demanding environment. Must be an independent performer, persistent, flexible, and technically savvy.
What You Need To Succeed:
--8+ years of combined change management, internal/employee communications, HR, and/or training experience.
--Proven track record developing, planning, and driving a variety of broad change management and communications initiatives, across employee audiences.
--Successful background across organizational effectiveness and overall operational areas e.G. HR structures, job performance measurements, job grade/levels/roles responsibilities impacts/transitions, job security, morale/buy-in, and encompassing a wide range of functional stakeholders/groups/teams/departments.
--Adept at group/team/individual audience definition/segmentation, needs assessment, and the identification/determination of targeted/optimized interventions, communications, online/offline tools and training.
--Experience with change management and communications support of corporate project management teams, and ability to function as an active participant within corporate project teams.
--Proven and highly-effective cross-functional teamwork skills including with Executives, Stakeholders, SME’s, Project Managers, IT, Marketing Communications, Change Management, and Training.
--Very strong writing and editing proficiency, plus content development, management, and delivery expertise.

Strongly Prefer Requirements:
--understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle, and related methodologies/best practices.
--IT/technology applications related communications savvy.
--Skilled at presentation development and PowerPoint proficient.
--Prior consulting experience. Prior corporate learning and development exposure.
--BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, HR, Organizational Behavior, or similar. MBA a plus. Project Management certification a plus.
