Complete Description:
Retail Telecom Industry experience(who has worked in AT&T, Cingular, Verizon, Cricket etc.)is must.
*Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills, Type 20 wpm and Data Entry skills (min. 4000 keystrokes). Demonstrated problem solving ability. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Good oral communication skills on the telephone. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills. Data entry skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform basic database querying
*Greet and direct customers through retail store experience. Provides limited product information and total customer service. Assisting with the daily physical inventory counts
*Basic qualifications include:
High School diploma or equivalent, Related experience in retail sales and customer interaction, Demonstrated computer proficiency. Part-Time 20-29 hours: available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
