Provides supervision, and training to his entire brigade based on the company culture. Maximizes revenue and monitors expenses in his/her area of responsibility. Maintains good relations with customers and implements improvement /corrective actions based on their feed back. Ensures the highest level of food safety and security to all external and internal customers. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
- Diploma from Hotel School/ BTP/BTS, Basic HACCP/Food Hygiene Certificate
- Two years experience as a Sommelier Maitre D’Hotel in a 5*hotel or gourmet restaurant. Good knowledge of international wines
- Native French is required in addition to Excellent English language
- Proven track of Customer delight, staff training and up-selling
- Good computer skills MS Office and Micros system
