ITT Communications Systems (CS)
Responsible for the operations and daily management of a SATCOM Program. Works on problems exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of a department. Performs the personnel tasks of hiring, training and reviewing employee performance. Makes and approves decisions and authorizes their implementation.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten years of related experience required and eight years of program management experience required.
Requires experience in Program Office operations management, budgeting, planning and preparation of reports and proposals. Must have strong capability in team building and personnel development. Knowledge of MIL Standards and DOD customers is required. Must have excellent communications skills.
Special Requirements: Value Based Six Sigma certification a plus. Applicant must be able to secure and maintain a United States Department of Defense security clearance at the Secret Level.
Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
