Our client, a leading FMCG company in the region is seeking to recruit a top-notch Sales professional who can drive the sales volumes without compromising the profitability of the business.
Reporting to the COO, you will ensure that sales growth and revenue targets are met for the region which is in line with approved strategic sales plan. You will take complete ownership of sales activities right from strategic planning to execution and delivery of results on all accounts such as volume and revenue generation, collections and overall profitability of sales operations. On a day-to-day operational level, you have to ensure that through your team’s efforts the products are well distributed and merchandised across all channels, also that new product launches and all conflicts are resolved on the ground effectively. Managing and motivating a sales team through sales training and development falls under your domain.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
To qualify for this position, you must have at-least 10 years of proven sales track record in the region with multinational organizations/ leading companies. A bachelor’s degree with an MBA would be preferable.
