Responsible for providing support over the phone, troubleshooting utilising desktop support technologies such as Dameware, Terminal services etc. to provide remote assistance. The user base will be from varying countries including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Thailand and Poland
Assisting with various administration work when needed
Maintaining the system documentation as required.
Managing customer related incidents ensuring a speedy resolution with the SLA’s
Troubleshooting problems for customers and recording the details
Attending to interactions such as phone calls, voice mails and emails relating to technical problems.

Fresh Graduates Are Most Welcome To Apply
Obtain minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computer Studies.
• Minimum
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems like Windows Xp
The ability to troubleshoot all problems in a clear and logical manner
Understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to support users
Experience in a support environment

Understanding of core networking components
Understanding of critical infrastructure and the way systems are interdependent
External IT qualifications (MCP, MCSE, CCxx etc)
• Desirable
Understanding of Lotus Notes and the ability to support users
