Our client, a prestigious architectural consultancy firm in the region, is looking for a Senior Architect for Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of architects and draughtsman
2. Define project scope of work, schedules and procedures
3. Develop concept design into schematic and detailed stage
4. Ascertain design fulfills of the project brief and meets the client’s expectations and needs
5. Manage / monitor the production of detail design / construction drawings as the basis for the production of working drawing stage
6. Prepare outline specification for finishes, materials and system
7. Coordinate with project manager and other engineering disciplines regarding any problem areas, delays in production, scope changes or other events which could affect project’s timely completion and / or profitability
8. Review the work produced, to ensure that applicable codes, standards, specifications and procedures are followed and the quality is acceptable
9. Monitor productivity and technical proficiency of the assigned personnel, making staffing assignments and reassignments as project needs arise.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have an outstanding career history with minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably with minimum 5 years Gulf experience
• He/ she must be a Western-educated Architecture graduate from a reputable university
• Proven hands-on experience in detail design
• Ability to analyze technical/construction/build-ability issues
• Competent in using AutoCad
• Must be detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task on several projects and interact with multi-discipline teams
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
The successful candidate will receive tax-free salary, housing allowance, transportation allowance, annual 30-day leave with free plane tickets to home country for employee and family, medical insurance, among others.
