Position Title: Laboratory Manager
Main objective Main duties and responsibilities
A) Plan, organize, coordinate and oversee the overall operation of laboratory activities.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of laboratory staff; develop work performance standards; schedule and assign work and develop priorities; provide technical expertise as needed or requested
• Collection of samples, performing of laboratory analysis, reading results and preparation / distribution of laboratory reports
• Establish and revise laboratory policies procedures and methods; develop and maintain appropriate control and quality assurance procedures; ensure compliance with current safety requirements
• Participate in long-range planning and budgeting processes; personnel (recruiting) and equipment needs; monitor the laboratory budget
• reviews supply of available stock and orders laboratory media and supplies as necessary to maintain an adequate inventory and maintain records for received supply
• Prepares proposal according to the clients requirement and legal legislation
• Prepare and maintain required documentation
• Ensure proper safety precautions and procedures
• Customers notification in case of non-conformity results of analysis

Systems Consultants (2 Positions)
System consultants will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated management systems, as well as the delivery of training seminars – preferably two years experience
Requirements
University degree in Food Science/Engineering/Microbiology/Health and Safety or a related field. Pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English. One year experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage. Ability to work under pressure
Administrative Assistant
The administrative Assistant will be responsible for liaising with the consultant and Laboratory staff, as well as customers and suppliers. In addition she/he will be responsible for project administration and preparation of reports.
Requirements
Computer literate, skilled in management, organized and careful in work. Good customer relationship skills. Pleasant personality with excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English. Relevant position in a similar position. Ability to work independently, logically and with precision

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Required Education:
• University degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science or related field
• Minimum five years experience in Lab environment
• Evidence of continuous professional education
