| Job Beschreibung: |
• Specify pool standard for company's component pool with a team of international engineers
• Provide support in the development of the customers component part list (CCPL) during RFQ/RFP process
• Implement new customer contract in collaboration with Program Department
• Maintain customer CCPL as part of contract maintenance
• Lead/participate in engineering and other technical related discussions, both internally and with customers
• Serve as primary engineering liaison between customers and company
• Provide technical support for issues pertaining to aircraft components
• Analyse component reliability and recommend solution for problematic components
• Support component modification process to meet customers' requirement

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Knowledge of engineering work within the airline environment or component business
Knowledge of aircraft systems and/or prior work experience with component reliability would be an added advantage
Experience with handling customers' queries and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner
