Budget Analyst USA Northwestern States – Urgent To Hire

Location – Client will pay for Relocation – Rural Area North West US
· Organize budget process timeline and task assignments.
· Coordinate with Corporate for requirements and deadlines.
· Communicate to management the requirements of process and set expectations.
· Revise, build and design budget system templates and reports
· Integrate budgets from two business process and provide consolidated
· and separate budget reporting.
· Lead the forecasting and strategic planning processes.
· Create innovations in process and design to make process more efficient
· and manager friendly.
· Provide insight and discussion of results versus budget and analyze
· diversions from budget assumptions in the actual results

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, MBA/CPA preferred.
5+ years of financial analysis and at least 2 years in a budgeting
Role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Knowledge of Clarity budget system, Essbase data system and Peoplesoft general ledger desired.
· Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.
· Detail-oriented, with an ability to plan, organize and set priorities in order to meet deadlines.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· This position will represent the financial process to the highest management levels.
· Leadership skills with ability to work with managers of other departments.
· Ability to be productive under a high degree of pressure.
· Demonstrate approachability and openness to resolve issues.
· Excellent work ethic commensurate with Finance department standards.
