Provide analytical support to senior management in terms of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance analysis. Conduct feasibility studies for new business segments and concepts with comments. Responsible for analysing the performance of the brands, and work with operation team to drive brands efficiency and profitability through effective control of food cost, suggestive selling, product mix analysis, and staffing level and labour cost, staff meal cost. Work with operations to identify and strengthen the control, identify opportunities for profit improvement Monitor performance against budget and evaluate the capital expenditure requirement. Conduct pre and post analysis of expenditure. Maintenance of budgets and capex requirements of each brands and support functions as required. Review of investment in the brands to improve ROI in consultation with the operation. Assist the operations in their monthly/quarterly reviews with adequate analysis.

B.A Commerce/Business Administration/Economics
CMA / MBA – Financial Management
Related Experience:
6-8 years of Experience, out of which, the initial 4 years in financial control and the reaming in Financial Planning & Analysis with a blue-chip Food industries.
Analytical Skills:
Creative / Problem Solving / Planning
Computer Technical Skills:
Access, Excel, Power Point, SAP Businesses Suite or any other ERP solutions
