This world leading Professional Firm of accountants are seeking to expand External Audit team. They have offices spread across the region and have 2 urgent vacancies for ideally Bi-Lingual Arabic/English (not essential) speaking Audit Managers in Bahrain.
You will be leading a team of between 5-10 audit staff; including supervisors and trainees. The role has responsibilities for risk management and signing authority, managing client relationships, portfolio recovery, staff development and maximising the fee opportunities.
The role of Audit Manager demands very strong people skills and communication abilities; you will need to be able to develop excellent relationships with both clients and staff.
You will be CA, CPA or ACCA qualified; currently working in practice or looking to return and have strong technical auditing skills. Experience of IFRS / ISA is ideal but not essential.
Ideally (but not essential) you will be a bi-lingual Arabic and English speaker.
