| Stellen-Beschreibung: |
• Treasury
o Collect/review information from different departments/sections related to projected cash in/out
o Review the cash forecast according to the available information
o Allocate cash according to priority of payments.
o Borrow/invest cash according to the projected shortage/excess.
o Negotiate with banks and other financial institutions for borrowing/placements agreements/deals.
o Authorize all payments
• Investments
o Evaluation of investment opportunities.
o Monitoring the performance of the investments.
• Receivables
o Overlook the overall performance of billing and collections and interfere when necessary (with VIP customers)
• Payables
o Authorize all commitments (planned, budged, authorized, etc)
• Budgeting
o Provide departments/sections with budget forms
o Assist on/ coordinate the budget preparation
o Review the budget and the assumption to ensure:
Reasonableness
In lieu with the corporate plans and strategies
o Summarize the budget and submit it with review notes to the management for final approvals.
o Modifying the budget in the event of unforeseen
o Maintain a “continuance budgeting” that shows the effect of the current performance on the annual results.
o Review/prepare feasibility studies and follow up the performance of the project against the original study.
• Financial analysis
o Review the comparative reports and obtain explanations from departments/sections for major variations
o Provide the management with a summary report (dashboard) that shows and explains ratios, trends and variations and give recommendations for improving unfavorable ratios/trends and sustain favorable ones.
o Prepare reports that compare the performance with benchmarks
• Statutory reporting
o Coordinate with auditors for the periodic reporting.
o Provide authorities and other external parties (such as banks) with the periodic reports and other special reports
• Internal reporting
o Review and approve reports before releasing.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Preferred nationality: Western or Indian
Age group: around 37+; 40+ with around 15 years` experience
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (UK or India) or CPA
Responsibilities: financial accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, bank related matters, financial control.
Experience: large diversified retail groups, some experience in the GCC.
