An outstanding opportunity has recently arisen for Top-Notch Senior Architect who has a proven track-record in Architect Concept Design from green-filed till completion. In addition; the job holder should demonstrate having the ability to lead and manage team of architects in an aggressively expanding construction company in UAE.
Reporting to Architect Head, the incumbent will be entirely responsible for managing and leading team of architects with full P&L responsibility. This is a senior challenging role and he will be accountable for all commercial and residential projects starting from concept & design stage till delivery. He /she is fully responsible and countable for the entire projects’ life cycle from master-plan & conceptual phase to actual production phase. Projects may cover all type of final products; such as high rise towers, malls and mixed use projects. The job holder will be working day to day with the Architect head, project engineers and other departments in order to complete projects in time and cost effectively and to monitor and guide his department in excellence customer satisfaction. In addition, he will be handling existing base of clients and developing new ones.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor and Master Degree holder in Architect gained from reputable institute; in addition, he /she should possess excellent managerial skills and demonstrate hands-on international working experience within Architect consultancies; minimum 15 years, where at least 5 years in Senior Architect role. Presenting a remarkable portfolio is a must. The job-holder will have ability to manage people, develop productivity of his department and provide ongoing training accordingly.
