Description of work
Organize & Structuring
· Arrange and organize work of a team of engineers;
· Plans of the work and monitor the progress;
· Ensuring compliance with procedures and standards;
· Conducting work meetings with the team;
· Continue structuring the work of the team;
· Continue development of the knowledge base of the team.
· Leadership to small (sub) projects
Train
· Continuous training of engineers to bring the team jointly at a higher level
Reporting
· Care of reporting to the manager Production Engineering on the work of the team
Composite / powers
The team Production Engineering works independently within the applicable procedures and instructions and is authorized to take any corrective measures if necessary in consultation with the Production Engineering Manager.
Responsibility
· Deliver this quality of work required by the project and with the available resources workable
· For the achievement of agreed deadlines set by Manager Production Engineering or of the project in which they work
· Timely reporting of problems that the progress or quality endanger
· Efficient use of resources and people in his team
· Educate and train new team members
Communication with:
· Production Engineering Manager on the progress of the work, make recommendations on personnel matters and receiving orders;
· The team of engineers, on the work to be carried out, the progress of this and human affairs;
· Internal clients and colleagues;
· Suppliers;
Expressions proficiency in foreign languages
The English language is required for:
· All of the above mentioned communication: with customers, suppliers, management.
Leadership
The team leader Production Engineering gives as cooperating foreman direct daily leadership to his team of engineers. Annually, the team leader has an job evaluation and assessment interview with the members of the team. This happens under the responsibility of the manager Production Engineering that the final agreement gives to sign.
The team leader will assess requests for sabbatical, declarations and need for work overtime.
These activities, he does under the responsibility of the manager for Production Engineering who signs for agreement.
Education
· HTS (Higher technical school for mechanical engineering, construction engineering or electro engineering)
