This Global Organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for a permanent role based in Qatar.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Can identify right candidates in the Oil & Gas market.
- Can manage a load of work in a very busy environment, and in a matrix
organization.
- Management and supervision of staff
_ Comes up with proposals and ideas to produce better ways of working
To apply you will have strong market best practices in recruitment and staffing with strong general HR background besides recruitment.
9-12 years experience in HR, 5 years of which at least in recruitment,
preferably in an Oil & Gas capacity.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary (negotiable to the right candidate) plus excellent benefits including housing, transportation allowance and many other benefits.
