This leading Financial Organisation is seeking a Manager, Support Services & Projects for a 6-9 month contract based in Qatar.
Due to the role being a 6-9 month contract only candidates either currently in Qatar or who have family etc in Qatar will be considered as no accommodation etc is offered with the role.
In the role you will successfully manage the Support Services & Projects team to maintain a high level of customer service to staff
You will manage HR Transformation, including the roll out of new Peoplesoft modules, and reviewing efficiencies within the HR team.
Other duties include:
To manage the Compliance function for HR which includes SOX reviews; Internal and External audit; daily exception reporting, QCB correspondence, and reviewing HR policies and procedures from a Compliance perspective.
To perform risk assessments for HR for Operational Risk; and to report all Key Risk Indicators, operational losses, continuous audit reports and Dashboards to Compliance function.
To review and implement Management Information to develop key metrics and analysis of this information
To apply you will have experience of project managing an HRMS system roll out with the Leadership ability and experience of managing a team. A degree qualification is preferred.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $2,400k - $2,750k USD Tax Free per month.
