Description:
4-5 patients per day. Cases include skilled Care, Wound care, PIC Lines, diabetic teaching, General Med/Surg, Hospice, admissions. Horizon Home Health Software, laptop provided, Mileage reimbursement from office to visits.
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Covering Grayling, Gaylord, Houghton Lake, Roscommon.
MI Criminal Background check/ with Fingerprinting required for successful candidate upon placement.
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
