seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist our clients with integrating their assets, people, operations and information systems. Working with leading software developers, you will provide business analysis and software implementation services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work on site and be responsible for the full life cycle of ERP implementation projects from Kick-off to Go-Live according to the firm’s standard implementation methodology.
· Determine client requirements, design application solutions to meet client’s business needs, configure packaged software, utilize customization tools, test the solution, and train the users on the system individually or in a classroom setting.
· Assist clients in developing “best practices”.
· Manage the project to client business and technical requirements within the required schedule, scope and budget.
· Create and maintain project plans to ensure project success.
· Maintain project budgets and report budget and project status to management.
· Co-ordinate internal and external resources to ensure the success of the project.
· Direct internal, external and client project team members to ensure project tasks are completed satisfactorily.
· Provide on-going support services to existing clients when needed.
· Generate new consulting opportunities with existing clients by looking beyond the current project.
· Perform pre-sales software demonstrations and provide technical sales support to our Business Development Group.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Qualifications:
• Must be a subject matter expert in the wholesale/distribution industries with knowledge of light manufacturing. • Must have a good understanding of accounting principles and procedures. • Must be proficient at translating business needs to technical solutions and highly experienced in requirements gathering, system and workflow analysis, functional specifications, and the software implementation process. • Minimum of two years experience managing multiple interdisciplinary projects (possibly with different clients) with the ability to multi-task between many activities. • Five years consulting experience with implementation, training, and support of mid-market ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred). • Should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, and/or Crystal Reports. • Excellent written (writing samples will be requested) and verbal communication skills, especially as related to communicating technology and benefits to end-user clients. The candidate must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Self directed and self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “Do Whatever It Takes” work ethic. Must be able to function independently throughout the lifecycle of a project and also be a strong “A” team player that is flexible to adapt as the projects evolve. • A strong commitment to long-term customer satisfaction is required. • Ability to demonstrate software and apply solutions based on the requirements of prospective customers. • Ability to travel locally to client sites in the New York/Tri-state area. (No national travel required except on rare occasions). • Bachelors Degree in computer science or business related field; or equivalent experience.
