This leading Organisation is seeking an experienced Associate HR Director for a full-time role based in Qatar.
The Associate HR Director leads a team to provide Human Resources services to the pre-operational Implementation Team, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, mobilization, orientation, compensation and benefits, training and performance management of employees, consultants and contractors as appropriate.
In the role duties will include:
Manages a team of professional and administrative level staff to ensure effective operations of the functional aspects of the Human Resources department for the Implementation Team.
Oversees the following human resources services for the Implementation Team:
„Ï Position Classification and Job Descriptions
„Ï Recruitment & Selection (both domestic and international)
„Ï Relocation and Orientation
„Ï Accommodation
„Ï Travel and Immigration
„Ï Compensation and Benefits
„Ï Learning & Development
„Ï Performance Management
„Ï HR Records Maintenance
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and applicable labour laws and regulations.
Develops departmental procedures regarding recruitment, onboarding, employment, employee development, performance management and compensation practices. Ensures compliance with guidelines; recommends modifications to Sidra policies and procedures as necessary.
To apply for the role you will possess a Masters degree in business administration, or Bachelor¡¦s degree plus 5 years HR management experience or equivalent.
A minimum of five years of management experience in a generalist human resources role. HR management experience in the Gulf preferred as is proven experience in start up organizations. Human Resource Management experience in a company of over 200 employees is also preferred.
