| Job Beschreibung: |
1) Key Accountabilities
• Execute the creation or evolution of the enterprise architecture function/program across business units.
• Lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies.
• Identify organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the enterprise architecture.
• Consult with project teams to fit projects to enterprise architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the enterprise architecture to accommodate business needs.
• Consult with infrastructure development project teams to fit infrastructure to architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate infrastructure needs.
• Lead the development and execution of a communication and education plan for the enterprise architecture.
• Assess and communicate the value of the enterprise architecture.
• Undertake execution of EA process for Logistics and Lifestyle domains
• Lead analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Demonstrate alignment with IT strategy by creating reusable assets, frameworks, practices, services, service registry through the EA group
• Ensure that best practices from other industry leaders are brought into and we publicize the work done
• Document the Technical standards, best practice frameworks, knowledge base, selection process, involvement matrix and get it certified and approved
• Ensure a cohesive EA framework and tooling is put in place for standardized collection of EA deliverables along with service registry and CMDB linkages
• Ensure that solution architecture team is implanting the EA teams technology vision and solutions as per design strategy of Soa/ Eda
• Drive the technology selection for Logistics Bus realization after studying the requirements and exercises in conjunction with solution architect, information architect, Business apps architect
• Drive adoption of SOA and EDA across enterprises
• Manage team of empowered and skilled senior architects and achieve its optimum utilization across the areas of work
• Evaluate technology triggers and potential for use of these technologies within infrastructure
• Define enterprise architecture principles for IT Strategy

3) Job Context
• Ea delivers the enterprise connected View to the Business unit or an ecosystem. Currently engaged at major changes at BU level as well as ecosystem level (Logistics Bus and Lifestyle Bus). EA has a huge part to play as it is expected to articulate why we do what we do, how the process maps to application which delivers certain services and is deployed on an infrastructure.
• The application design strategy is SOA and EDA and the EA must marry the classic definition of enterprise architecture with Soa/eda
• The oversight over technology selection has a deep impact as standardized set of technologies are driven across whole IT.

4) Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Graduate degree in computer science / computer engineering / systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent qualification with 10 to 12 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations) in a multitier environment
• Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis or business strategic planning.
• Familiarity with basic information management practices.
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture.
