Position Description
The International Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth in an assigned territory. This position, which manages a defined account package, is expected to generate pre-established annual sales goals via daily face-to-face customer visits, phone, and e-mail. Customers include commercial and industrial accounts and U.S. Government.
Position Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or the equivalent experience is required.
•Minimum of three to five years selling experience in the region. Strong emphasis on commercial, industrial and government sales.
•U.S. Military experience overseas desired. US military base pass a plus.
•Technical proficiency – has working knowledge of voice mail, e-mail, SAP, Excel, Word and the Internet.
•Results driven with documented success in exceeding sales goals and objectives. (Results Driven)
•Demonstrates proficiency in working across the business. (Teamwork)
•Some travel required.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Excellent verbal and written skills. Able to up-sell consistently. Understands and uses basic selling techniques: open, probe, presentation and over-coming objections. Must have a written weekly/monthly sales plan. Completes written correspondence with customer using correct spelling and grammar.
•Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. Strong work ethic.
•Superior organizational skills.
•Has basic knowledge of specific product lines as well as an aptitude to learn quickly about additional product lines.
•Ability to effectively work across physical distances. (Communication Skills)
•Ability to perform in a rapidly changing environment.
•Language skills. Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in the language of the region served a plus. Arabic desired |
