Our client is one of the largest mining companies in the world and they have an immediate requirement for a Mine Superintendent/Supervisors to join their experienced site based management team at one of their major Coal projects. This really is an opportunity not to be missed and has the potential to launch your career on an exciting path with unlimited potential. This role will have you working within a challenging work environment, with your key responsibilities being the management of a large mining contractor onsite. This role will report directly to the Mine Manager, and will offer a highly attractive residential salary package or FIFO options, offering the prospect of achieving genuine work life balance. Key Responsibilities:
Achievement/ Management of production targets and mining costs
Liaison and management of technical services group and the mining contractor
Deliver high safety standards with the objective of attaining Zero harm in the workplace
Daily production reporting and contractor management
Management of key technical projects to deliver optimal business performance

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
Ideally you will have a demonstrated open cut history working in a senior capacity
Have gained extensive experience in operational (open pit), working in a senior mining engineering, project management, or mining superintendent capacity
Minimum 10 years experience in open-pit mining
Highly developed oral and written communication skills

• 4 Mining superintendents – $US 14K-16K per month – tax free
• 4 Mining supervisors - $US 10K-12K – per month
• 3 Project managers - $US 18-21K pr month
• 4 Senior mining engineers – US 15-18K per month
• 4 Geologists – expert in Mincom software and modelling experience – US 15K – 18K per month
FIFO – 6 weeks on 2 weeks off – permanent job
Accommodation and food all provided
Will fly candidate anywhere back home
