Our customer one of the top 2 ESP's is seeking to recruit a New Client Care Co-ordinator to be based in their London Offices the New Client Care Co-ordinator is responsible for all client on-boarding efforts and will have extensive project management responsibilities including complete, timely and accurate implementation of processes, programs, and projects. As a Client Care Co-ordinator you will also gather client requirements and lead the implementation efforts to enable the clients to effectively integrate with processes, applications and thus be prepared to successfully launch digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Multi-tasking and co-ordinating numerous simultaneous projects, diligently track and report on all concurring projects, past and future, comprehending and communicating overall e-mail marketing direction for plans and programs with counterparts, pro-actively managing client expectations, establishing appropriate commitments and delivering exemplary client service. Ideally you will have a degree in a related filed plus a minimum of 2 years internet marketing experience within services at a software or internet services company.
