Clientcom Incorporated seeks a Technical Support Staff to join our company.
The Technical Support Staff provides front line inhouse support for IT related problems
- installs hardware and software, conducts system upgrades
- evaluates and installs patches and resolves software and security related problems.
- Performs system backups and recovery.
- Maintains user accounts, data files, and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Maintains documentation
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related work experience and/or business school training; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Candidates must have skills and abilities to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Candidates should have good verbal skills, be professional in their presentation and interaction with employees, clients, and visitors, have a can-do, team attitude, be detail-oriented, and have flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
