Archibat is seeking an Operation Manager for an Asian Architectural Firm based in Shanghai. The company offers architectural and interior design services in residential, offices, restaurants etc. The firm also provides services in construction of many commercial projects to prestigious brands.
The Operation Manager will supervise and manage a team of designers and engineers. He will oversee their work in every step of the project. He must monitor the operation systems and procedures for efficient & effective of quality & cost. He will plan the schedules and budget. He will also be in contact with clients.
Requirements:
-A degree holder in Industrial Design or other related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience of which at least 5 years must be managerial capacity.
-Results-oriented and able to improve process, techniques and workforce performance to achieve pre-set target.
-Strategic-minded, customer-oriented with good business sense.
-Good leadership, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
