| Stellen-Beschreibung: |
1. Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, protecting the environment, health and security by complying with written COSHH Assessments, Risk Assessments (RA) or by carrying out any necessary risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) prior to task commencement.
2. To carry out maintenance of customer and company owned equipment as defined in the appropriate Workscope ensuring product quality is maintained by adherence to Company Standards & Procedures. to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Produce deliverables to agreed timescales
4. To prepare for tasks by interpretation of drawings, understanding of pre-prepared workscope, and briefing by the Workshop Manager/Shift Leader or by liaising with Production Engineers to understand fully the tasks, procedures and specifications required.
5. Responsible for Production Control Equipment, WOCS, Drilling equipment – assembly, repair and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
6. Responsible for Pressure testing and fluid sampling
7. Tasks relevant to core trade skills (tube fitting, electronic assembly etc.)
8. Inspection of any of the above tasks, where authorised (through the competency matrix)
9. To assess (through Site Receipt test), subsequently report, repair and diagnose company supplied production controls equipment in a accordance with company procedures.
10. Complete weekly time sheet
11. Occasionally carry out any of the above off site or overseas, must then complete any expense claims immediately upon the return
12. The above may require shift working and / or overtime.
13. Responsible for working to company procedures and ISO 9001 & 14001 guidelines.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Pipefitters should be time served and/or hold relevant certificates in mechanical engineering and related subjects from recognized bodies.
Certificates include City & Guilds, NVQ, NSDS, ECITB and any other relevant qualifications.
Basic skills required are:
Setting out Pipework and Marking out
Developing Templates for Mitres and Bends
Fabrication of Branches and Bends
Hydraulic Cold Bending ( Sometimes Fire Bending)
Preparation of Screwed Pipework
Setting up and Preparation of Welded Pipework (Sometimes Welding Same)
Fabrication and Installation of Pipe Supports
Testing of Piping Systems be they Hydraulic or Pneumatic
Oxygen/ Fuel Gas Cutting and Burning
To Understand and Read Mechanical Drawings
