We are looking to add a senior software developer / project manager to our team. Our objective is to hire an expert developer to coordinate developer team work with our CTO and core developer team to add Active Directory, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Mono, Zimbra, GoogleApps, SageCRM, and other systems compatibility to our CRM Collaboration Integration and/or eControl products.
As a senior developer and manager, you will be working on leading edge development projects with leading edge tools on products that are deployed around the globe.
Reporting to the CTO, you will work in a multi-skilled team environment that includes software developers, the CEO and Director of Marketing. You will bring strong team player skills and provide self-motivation, integrity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Your strong written and oral communication skills will allow you to build strong relationships and understanding of customer objectives in implementing the requirements for Riva CRM Integration and/or eControl. You will have significant experience in working with advanced Microsoft .NET development having worked on projects that integrate third-party solutions. Strong documentation, project management and reporting skills are required. |

Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to see through the mechanics of a unit test-based, structured development process and focus on the art of innovative development
• Interested in fostering an AGILE software development philosophy amount your team members
• Motivated by building solutions that will be used around the world
• Preference will be given to graduates from a recognized university/college/private institution, with a focus on computer studies
- Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in programming Windows Visual Studio and .NET environments
• Experience with software planning and tracking software in an Agile development environment
• Excellent skills with C#, ASP.NET and MS Web services
• Strong XML, XSLT and CSS skills
• Experience developing applications that integrate with Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes; or CRM, ERP and third-party database systems (SugarCRM, Microsoft CRM, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel and others)
• Ability to work effectively with other team members and relate well with members of management and employees
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Certifications are an asset (MCAD, MCSD, MSDBA, MCSE) |
