The Job Opportunity :
The Interior Environment Division of one of The Middle East`s largest and oldest business groups is looking for a Factory Manager at their Dubai works. In business for 40 years, they also have 24 group companies involved in Interior Environment Projects, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Medical and Real Estate. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent.
Desired Skill Sets :
1. Only candidates with past experience in the Middle East may apply. 2. Engineering graduates preferred.
3. Minimum of 8 to 10 year experience in managing the factory of wood and joinery works.
4. Superior Management skills with experience of leading, managing and recruiting staff.
5. Good communication skills.
