An electronic manufacturing services (EMS) type of MNC seeks to fill an Account/Program Manager & Business Unit Interface position with a Mandarin Chinese speaker who will be based in the Philippines (with extensive travel to China etc.). Please apply online using the box below.
Basic Job Description:
Direct the internal execution of individual customer accounts & programs (within the Manufacturing Organization) for the proposal effort through completion of hardware delivery. This includes Product transition from Development engineering through pre-production (NPI), and full-scale production phases.
Provides single point of contact to assigned customers for program activities in the manufacturing group and liaison to appropriate Business Unit Program Managers and:
- Coordinates program planning internally and with the company’s Business Group Program Management.
- Acts as direct customer interface for factory related issues (scheduling commitments, priority changes. A/R issues, logistic issues, Sales Order issues etc) & identification and maintenance of reporting requirements. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements:
- Must speak Mandarin Chinese.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field (or at least eight years related technical experience), plus preferably 6-8 years of related program management/Account Management experience in positions increasing responsibility;
- Advanced knowledge of products in the organization and their potential application;
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering;
- Understanding of customer requirements including environmental specifications;
- Knowledge of contract terms & conditions
- Knowledge of basic cost accounting principles and finance;
- Knowledge of company goals, objectives, operating methods, policies, and procedures;
- Strong presentation and written communication skills;
- Able to prepare complex reports and extract data from diversified sources;
- Able to work with people to resolve conflicting internal needs of varying organizations and to balance and change priorities;
