Claim Defense
1. Monitor all issues daily by attending meeting and reviewing all correspondences daily to cover all issues covered (Charges, V.Os, Claims).
2. Review and draft the correspondence to owner/subcontractor regarding claim and contractual issues.
3. Collate/Maintain Documentary Evidence, History for all Contractual and claim issues by maintaining History Cards
4. To Provide advice and guidance to the project/site management team
5. Responsible for supporting management team on the administration of EPC contracts for civil,mechanical,electrical Department
6. To resolve problems, claims and disputes through negotiation with clients as well as subcontractor
7. To supervise remeasurement, additional and extra works, variations
8. Negotiation contracts with sub contractors and producing the sub contract document
9. Provide deliverable of the contract and monitor status.
10. To coordinate and contact outside law firm from time to time
11. To carry out related instructions and render any relevant services required by the employer from time to time.
