Source vacancies for different levels within the organization through different recruitment techniques.
- Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the HR Manager.
- Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
- Screen and shortlist candidates at all levels in the organization.
- Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time,
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates
- Assist the HR Manager in developing job descriptions.
- Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
- Update organization structure as and when required.
Experience:
- Previous Experience in coordinating recruitment campaigns (local & overseas)
- Aware of reliable overseas recruitment agencies to source
- Aware of the government clearance requirements in different countries (i.e. India, Philippines, etc.)
- Previous experience in construction field will be an advantage.
Qualifications/Skills:
- University graduate in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource, 3 years of which as a recruiter in GCC (preferably in UAE).
- Fluent English and Hindi is a must (Other Indian Languages will be a preference)
- Well organized with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent customer service skills and a good team player.
